Thomas W. Clements, Jr., President Tom attended the Universities of Pittsburgh and Maryland, majoring in business. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries, and has 25 years of experience in the pension administration field. Tom has experience in establishing all types of retirement plans including defined benefit, 401(k) and profit sharing plans. His expertise is in consulting with clients on a face-to-face basis, designing plans to fit their needs and meeting with employees to explain the various plans and the benefits of each. She began her career with an insurance company in the policy issue/underwriting department. Royetta then moved to the pension side of the business when she joined our firm. Her responsibilities include plan documents, processing 401(k) contributions for our Clients, proposals, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and computer troubleshooting. Miller, Assistant Administrator Karen has 25 years experience in the Pension Administration field. Her expertise includes loan preparation and distributions for retirement, termination and hardship. Keale, Administrative Assistant Kim has an AA degree in social sciences from Brookdale Community College and has completed work towards a BA degree in general studies at the University of Maryland. She holds a certificate from Tesst Technology in Computer Applications. She's been in the pension administration business for 5 years, focusing on the many support activities for all retirement plans.
